Employee Travel Policy

This Employee Travel Policy establishes the procedures and requirements governing official travel conducted by authorized representatives of ¸»¶þ´úÊÓƵapp University. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all travel expenditures are necessary, reasonable, appropriately documented, and compliant with applicable federal regulations, State of Maryland requirements, University System of Maryland (USM) policies, and ¸»¶þ´úÊÓƵapp University policies and procedures.

This policy applies to all travel funded in whole or in part by ¸»¶þ´úÊÓƵapp University funds, grants, contracts, auxiliary funds, foundations, or other institutional resources. Visit the  page for more information:
