| August 30-31 | Returning Student Move-In to Chesapeake Hall, Dogwood Village, Sea Gull Square and Sea Gull Village. Specific dates/times will be assigned. |
| November 25* | Residence Halls close for Thanksgiving Break at 8 p.m. |
| November 30 | Residence Halls reopen at 10 a.m. |
| December 19* | Residence Halls close for Winter Break at 7 p.m. |

Winter 2026

| March 13 | Residence Halls close for Spring Break at 8 p.m. (excludes Sea Gull Square and Sea Gull Village) |
| March 22 | Residence Halls reopen at 10 a.m. |
| May 20 | Residence Halls (including Sea Gull Village) close at 8 p.m. (excludes Sea Gull Square). |
Summer 2026
