I am dean of the Fulton School of Liberal Arts at ¸»¶þ´úÊÓƵapp University, where I have been a faculty member since 1994. As a Professor of History, I continue to teach in the area of twentieth-century international relations, including courses on World War Two, the Holocaust and the Cold War
